Operation
1. Clean skin thoroughly before waxing.
2. Insert roll on wax into the heater.
3. Connect the heater with a power supply.
4. Wait for 20-30 minutes.
5. Apply wax along the direction that hair grows.
6. Stick a depilatory paper and press it down.
7. Tear off the paper against the direction that hair grows.
8. Clean and moisturise the waxed region.
Caution
1. People listed below are prohibited to use the product:
(1) Children;
(2) Pregnant woman;
(3) People with sensitive skin or other skin diseases.
2. Do not expose to sunlight and ultraviolet ray within 24 hours after a wax treatment.
3. To clean the product, please cut the power first, and then use a soft cloth (It should have been soaked with a cleanser that can melt wax) to clean the remaining wax in the product. Be sure not to directly soak the product with water.
4. Keep out of reach of children.
5. Use the product only for its intended uses as described in this instruction manual.
6. If the product malfunctions or is damaged, stop using it immediately. Do not attempt to dismantle and repair it yourself. Instead, contact our customer service for replacement or technical assistance.

How long does it take to arrive once shipped?

Will i recieve a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. In some cases additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What do i do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order is sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this because your package is insured we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking. If possible please see our refund and return policy for when this might be applicable to shipping situtations.
Will i be updated about my order?
Yes, you will get a email confirmation stating when your order has been fulfilled. You will also recieve an email with tracking information when your order is out for delivery. A further email will be sent when your order has been delivered.
