Due to the size of some delivery vehicles, Keep Fit Fitness Store Ltd or any couriers delivering on behalf of us must be informed of any restrictions regarding access for the delivering vehicles and access to the property. This includes but is not limited to: steps (including those that require climbing to gain access to the property entrance), any overhanging / low trees / shrubs, steep driveways, narrow lanes, tight bends or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivering vehicle to gain access to the point of delivery. Keep Fit Fitness Store Ltd will not accept any claims for compensation arising from non / failed / refused delivery of any item where the couriers or we were not made aware of any points regarding access restrictions. If the item is refused / cancelled due to these restrictions, the customer is liable for all courier charges.

How long does it take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-2 business working days for handling and processing your orders. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10 to 20 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers are provided with every order. Will i recieve a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. In some cases additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What do i do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order is sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this because your package is insured we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking. If possible please see our refund and return policy for when this might be applicable to shipping situtations.
Will i be updated about my order?
Yes, you will get a email confirmation stating when your order has been fulfilled. You will also recieve an email with tracking information when your order is out for delivery. A further email will be sent when your order has been delivered.
Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
All prices on our webpage are displayed in GBP with all taxes completely covered on our end. However depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order.
