A magnesium based bowel formula, with sugar beet fibre which contributes to an increase in faecal bulk:
This food supplement contains: magnesium sulphate, magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, sugar beet fibre, ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), citric acid, citrus bioflavonoids, apple cider vinegar powder and fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS).
Sugar beet fibre (a source of both soluble and insoluble dietary fibre) has been included in this formulation, because it contributes to an increase in faecal bulk.
Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal muscle function, normal protein synthesis, normal psychological function, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and it has a role in the process of cell division.
Vitamin C contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system. It also contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, protection of cells from oxidative stress, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, the regeneration of the reduced form of vitamin E and increases iron absorption.
This bowel hydrating formula is ideal used as part of a cleanse and detox programme.
Directions: Take 2 capsules (1 serving) on an empty stomach, 1 to 4 times per day. Follow with a glass of grapefruit juice, orange juice or freshly-squeezed lemon juice in water (or just water). Adjust intake to suit your requirements or as advised.
Warning: 450mg of magnesium may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.

How long does it take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-2 business working days for handling and processing your orders. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 10 to 20 business days. Will i recieve a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. In some cases additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What do i do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order is sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this because your package is insured we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking. If possible please see our refund and return policy for when this might be applicable to shipping situtations.
Will i be updated about my order?
Yes, you will get a email confirmation stating when your order has been fulfilled. You will also recieve an email with tracking information when your order is out for delivery. A further email will be sent when your order has been delivered.
Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?
