We dispatch all items via Royal Mail and Yodel. Your item will be dispatched within 24 hours (except weekend and holidays) after full payment is received
Our standard delivery can take 2-5 working days. For guaranteed next day delivery, you would need to select an Express Delivery Option. Next day delivery is only applicable for orders made from Mon-Thur. Orders made on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Courier Companies state that most items will be delivered within these time frames. Unfortunately once courier companies collect an item from us we lose any influence over the delivery of that item which is why we would kindly ask all buyers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. If for some reason you have not received your product within 7 working days then please do not hesitate to contact us so we can look into it for you.

We will accept returns on all our products that are faulty, please initially send us a message through eBay.
We offer an industry leading, no quibble and 30-day return policy. However, before returning any item you must contact us so we can advise the correct course of action. Then we will ask you to send the item back to us so we can check it and then we will send you a brand new one absolutely free and also refund your postage through PayPal. Returns for unwanted goods; buyer must return goods at there own cost and item must come back in resalable condition. We will refund only the cost of item not postage paid.
