CHARGING
To access the charging socket of your watch, simply remove the strap. The charging socket is on the side with the battery sign. Remove this cord by pulling it smoothly. You may have difficulty with the first stickers because the material is hard. You can charge your watch with a 5V 1A adapter or your computer's USB port. Make sure that the metal pins of the socket are in contact with the metal pins inside the adapter. When your watch is charged, a visual appears on the screen showing that it is charging. Average charging time is 2 hours. is to display the MAC address of your trading clock. To do this, go to the “more” screen of your watch, press and hold the button for 3 seconds and enter the interface. Click on the word “MAC” on the interface and your watch model and Mac address will be written here. You can complete the connection with the matching watch on the search screen. When the match is completed, your watch will be matched date and time.

Will i recieve a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. In some cases additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What do i do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order is sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this because your package is insured we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking. If possible please see our refund and return policy for when this might be applicable to shipping situtations.
Will i be updated about my order?
Yes, you will get a email confirmation stating when your order has been fulfilled. You will also recieve an email with tracking information when your order is out for delivery. A further email will be sent when your order has been delivered.
